I'm actually pretty disappointed in this set, and would have to pretend to like it if I was gifted it. It all screams cheap to me, and I think anyone could curate a better gift set themselves to be honest. Firstly, this set comes with a card you're meant to write a note in on the inside - except you have to break the seal to get to it. And then it looks used. Not well thought out. There is a ton of shredded paper in here giving me DIY dollar store vibes. Once you throw away all the shredded paper the inside doesn't really look that nice. Also everything is glued down and it's a fight to get any product out of the box. The body butter is thinner than I expected, but works fine to hydrate the skin without feelings overly greasy. The scent is very light and I really wouldn't have guessed coconut because it's very faint. The mug is branded which is super tacky to me and mine is actually cracked through on the bottom so it's useless for liquids anyway. They also decided to stick the bath bomb - a non food item - into the mug. Yes water and soap exists, but that's still bizarre to me as I would never drink out a cup I had something like laundry detergent in. Good thing I don't have to make the choice anyway as mine is unusable. The bath bomb doesn't contain talc, which is the only thing I'm impressed by in this cheap set. It smells like cheap cherry blossom but it's light in the bath and dissolved fine. Not sure what the Oatmeal and Milk soap smells like, but it smells sweet to me and I wouldn't have guessed oatmeal or milk if I had to. I have no idea what to call the fragrance, but it's fine. The Almond Cherry soap does smell a little like almond extract and it's pleasant. The jewelry dish comes encased in styrofoam to protect it. Too bad mine was defective before it was boxed. First of all, why does it have to say I love you. It keeps you from gifting this to someone you know that you don't necessarily love. The dish is quite large compared to other jewelry dishes I have seen. You can see where the heart has been hot glued on top. You can also see visible defects in the form of bumps and chip on the surface of the ceramic indicating that it's a cheap dish. Honestly, just buy a couple products worth gifting and make a curated set. It'll be much more special to whomever you're giving it to. Or get another gift set. Just don't get this one. At $28 it is pretty cheap, but it's not even worth that. This is poor quality all around.
