Great results and smart design – my girlfriend loves it

I bought this flat iron for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves it. It leaves her hair shiny, smooth, and super straight with very little effort. It glides gently through the hair without pulling or causing any discomfort. The build quality is solid, and it includes some really thoughtful features: – A lock to keep it closed when storing – A swivel base on the cord to prevent wear and tangling – Automatic temperature adjustment when it gets too hot – Auto shut-off after a period of inactivity It’s easy to use and feels gentle on the hair, even with daily use. According to her, it’s one of the best straighteners she’s ever owned—especially for the price

I always love this brand when it comes to hair straighteners. But this one doesn’t lock even tho it comes with that feature, seems like the one I got was defective. It gets really hot and heats up fast but I will have return and repurchase.
