Works very well

I've been using this massager on my neck and shoulders for about 3 weeks. The pressure is good, the balls roll smoothly and the heat is a nice plus. No problems with it so far. Nicely made product.

It does work but it kind of hurts, it's not the most comfortable massage and you can't really feel any heat when it's on. I would pass on this one.
