Why did you pick this product vs others?: The item worked great for about 5 months and then would no longer charge. Upon visiting the product troubleshooting page, it just states that the battery won't charge, but nothing about how to fix it. For the price we paid, we expected it work a lot longer than just 5 months. Very disappointed.
