Works perfect

I have been buying these little ear cameras for 5 years. Every brand, and none of them including Bebird worked good for any length of time. Bad depth perception, image reversed of actual image, etc. Most lasted about 3 uses before something failed. This is the BEST camera I have ever used, including early models of Bebird. Have had it for 8 months, and still perfect. If this model lasts two years, I would gladly pay $200 for it. Past quality in the past, all brands, was so unreliable, I always had a new backup. Connection issues

I love their kid version of this ear wax remover and thought this will be good as well. The connection can be a pain at times so that’s a big issue. I wish it is more of a Bluetooth instead of their own wifi but I think that’s how gadgets works now. They said if you keep getting connection issues then just uninstall and reinstall the app but I hate doing that each time it happens. I think it will be a problem if you’re getting this for an elderly coz it gets frustrating and it’s a bit pricey for that kind of headache. Now with that said, the quality of this product is really good. The ergonomic design of the body makes it easy to use. The tip are easy to interchange and clean/sanitize. Video quality wise, it is just ok, worst if you have an older gadget or to pair this with.
