It's kind of addicting!

After finally getting it set up on my phone (most-likely user error), I absolutely love this thing! I'm obsessed with it. I've always dug around in my ears with qtips because the thought of earwax grosses me out, but being able to see what you're doing is amazing. It is super easy to use, doesn't hurt, and has plenty of tools to choose from. I use specific tools for each person of my family.

Adorable but pricey

We've gone through several versions of these. All work more or less the same, and most are less than half this price. What you get here is unique, I'll give them that. I only have two other ones that had any kind of storage option for the parts, but those two also had a different motorized pincer system like mini tweezers to justify the cost. This has the cute factor I just am not sure it justifies the cost. It works well though, on par with all the rest we've tried. Nothing special or outstanding comparing to the other less expensive ones when it comes to actual use. Camera is fine, lights are fine, and it operates similar to the rest. For really dried wax that's just a thin coating on the skin inside the canal though, these don't work well, since the spatulas are too soft and flexible.
