ghd Original Styler 1" Flat Iron Hair Straightener

This arrived today and it is such cheap quality. The plates are tiny and they pull at your hair instead of gliding. That was before I tried to heat it. I plugged it in and pressed the button. It makes awful high pitch sounds when you first plug it in. Once it is supposedly heated it makes the most awful alien mice squeaky sounds. With no way to silence it. It just keeps making them. It also doesn't heat up after minutes. I unplugged because the button doesn't shut it off and tried again. On 2nd try it got slightly warm but I can still completely touch the plates and leave my fingers there. It also snags your hair because the cheap plates that do not glide at all. Just cause static. My hair is staticy now. The audible sounds are awful. Not what anyone wants next to their ears. Also it doesn't heat after minutes. Not the 30 seconds it advertised. The on off button should shut it off. Plates should glide and not pull hair out. I waited 2 extra days and it's trash. Amazon better return my money immediately.
