Straightener to love

Works great, straightens my hair pin thin or lightly depending on which temp you want it, it closes nicely with the safety lock, it's a beautiful color,it doesn't pull as much as my old one did, when I'm done doing my dul head there's maybe one or two strands that get pulled, it was a great price, and it doesn't burn my hair like other straighteners, the iron plateing is very sleek

Heats well, works well. It's harder for me to use than my previous one. The range of the opening of the flat iron needs improvement. It doesn't open wide enough for me to maneuver well which leads to burning myself. The end result is shiny, bouncy, hair and some burnt ears, and fingers. 🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️
