Had issue with original purchase of straightener never delivering. Cancelled and reordered. When this one delivered, box was taped at the bottom. The straightener was not in plastic and you can tell it was opened. Seems to work fine but not happy it was not sent as new after I didn’t get it the first time I ordered. Disappointing as I think it’s a good straightener
