Having had other more expensive brushes, I decided to buy this one and it is by far the *best* one! Really excellent!

Not a rotating facial brush

I like the accessories this facial brush comes with (charger, second replacement brush). The head of the brush does not rotate while on, the brush only vibrates with a timer.
