This is the best first aid kit I've seen for the size. Content is perfect. Bought three because of size and contents for cars and emergency kit. Good quality

Basic first aid bag
By Gerry on Reviewed in the United States on August 19, 2024
This is ok for someone who isn't concerned about what is in the bag. I have one that is a lot smaller than this one and the amount of supplies are very limited but I was able to add a few other items I thought was important to me. I also have one that is a touch bigger not much but it ran about $46 and there was room to add quite a bit more items that I wanted in it. This one for the price is nice but I am giving it a 3 star because even the stingy amount of gause tape that they give you I tried to add another roll of gause tape and benadryl cream a long with a couple of blood stoppers packets and this thing is bulging. Forget one or two more ice packs or stuffing extra bandages in it. The trauma pads is nice but there is only one and the bag is so tight and compact that you really can't do anything with it. The pouches are hard to get into as they are tight with very limited room. Trying to get some of the stuff out I think in a real life emergency you may have to just rip the pouches and webbing to make things go quicker. I spent 9 years as an EMT and basically life support instructor so I have always like the kits that allow you to add more stuff this one again is great the way it is but forget adding to it. Good for in town walks or bicycle rides where you can call 911. If you are a biker or like to go berry picking in the woods or out somewhere that help is a long ways away I would recommend something bigger that you can add stuff to or purchase an empty medical bag of your choice and fill it with items of more important life saving stuff. For some people that buy this kind of stuff it isn't just for a scratch and help isn't always right around the corner. Just think carefully on how you plan to use this bag. Very basic for basic cuts scratches and minor injuries. Some people will love it and some will feel the way I do. If help isn't around the corner I would purchase a fully stocked EMT or trauma bag. I have one in my house and one in each vehicle along with multiple extra added items but like I said I have two other small ones for grabbing to take for a walk or a local hike that I was able to add much more items but the cost way more like $45-60 each.
