I just started this supplement so I can’t say it’s done anything for my hair or nails. I don’t know how long I’m going to take this supplement due to the god awful taste. You have to mix it with something to over power the taste. I added it to my home made ginger, lemon, orange juice and I could still smell the overly sweet scent of maple…..and it made my stomach hurt from the smell along. I have high hopes that it would help my hair growth journey in the future but I have to find something to mix it with…..

Taste awful

This is the grossest thing I’ve ever tasted. There’s no way I can take this. It’s thick n just nasty I had my husband try it also and ohhh no it says maple French toast idk where they got that from because I love maple syrup and this taste nothing like it. How can you put this in something that you drink it is so thick and gross. I don’t recommend this to anyone at all. No return so I’m out of $ I really didn’t know it was liquid until I got it. I just got it and I didn’t know I thought it was in a pill form. It’s really hard for me to see the picture and print.
