Perfection in an olive oil

Absolutely top notch. You can taste the freshness. Perfect with a crusty bread or in salad. However, beware that the strong flavor can be jarring if consumed alone, like to accelerate fasting. I love the bitter bite, but not everyone will.

I bought 3 bottles separately this month for gifts. The expiration date is 6/26 for all three bottles. Will not buy again any time soon.
