Women's Probiotic Supplements 180 Count

So I’m on my 3rd day of taking these probiotics. I took the tablets as directed. The first 2 days, I felt gassy. No big deal. On the 3rd day(last night), I begin vomiting profusely. I was surprised that it wasn’t food coming up, but liquid, bile and mucus. I have been throwing up all day today and it has been difficult keeping even water on my stomach. About an hour ago, I tried eating half of a banana and a few sips of ginger ale and it seemed to calm my tummy. For now. I researched probiotics and apparently vomiting could be a symptom for some and that it should pass. I’m assuming that all of the ickies that were in my stomach is purging out of my body as the bad bacteria is replaced with the good. I would suggest talking to your doctor before trying this brand. *Update* I had some collard greens for dinner and was able to keep it down. My stomach has finally settled and I’m able to use the toilet without throwing up. I will say that all of the bloating that I had prior to taking the pills are gone so that’s a plus.
