Obsessed with This Sauna Blanket!

Not only is this sauna blanket pink and super cute, but it’s also incredibly effective. I originally got it for detox purposes since I don’t have access to a real sauna, but honestly — who even needs a real sauna when you have this? It's amazing for sore, aching muscles or for warming up when I’m freezing. It’s super comfortable, and I love that it has slits for my arms so I can still read or play video games while using it. Plus, it's spacious enough that I can move my legs around, which makes it feel less restrictive than other sauna products I've tried. After 45 minutes, I leave this thing dripping — it works that well. As a healthcare provider, I actually recommend this to my patients who struggle with poor perfusion in their limbs or frequent body aches. It’s been a total game-changer for me, and I couldn’t love it more!

This was my original review — I was hesitant to purchase but I’m glad I did. I’ve used it twice, once with jogger pants and once with shorts. I turned the heat up all the way wearing shorts and my blanket had a puddle of sweat upon completing 30 min. Wearing Sweat pants, I used the heat setting 2 below the highest and got soaked. Also, Wearing sweat pants works better just because the blanket doesn’t get as wet. Anyway, this blanket is nothing short of amazing. I sweat from Head to toe, literally, just like I would in a sauna or steam room but I’m in the comfort of my own home! You won’t loose purchasing this handy gem! Oh! And don’t forget to stay hydrated! Warning! I loved this blanket until I started feeling sick… I have had this blanket for 2 months and have used it daily. I began feeling sick and I consider myself healthy and live a healthy lifestyle. I exercise, eat healthy, limit EMFs, ect..something told me to buy an EMF reader and I’m glad I did! This blanket isn’t insulated well. First, it would leave burnt red lines on my body, while wearing clothes, after laying in it for 30 min.Secondly, after using the EMF reader, the numbers fluctuated like my WiFi router, and hovered between 3-500 heated up. While not in use, I got numbers in the 200s. Unplugged, numbers stayed in the 40s. But the worst part, I placed the EMF reader directly to the mat, while heated up, as if my body were laying directly on the mat, and my EMF reader shot up to 700. These numbers are way too high if you care about health, which is the sole purpose of my purchase. I took a video but it’s too long to post on Amazon. I called Amazon requesting a refund but I’m 30 days late of the 30 day return window. I have since done more reserch and all the infrared blankets emit EMFs, but some are better insulated then others and promise lower numbers. Long term, you may wish to spend more $ for a more quality and better insulated blanket, oh! And Don’t take my word for it! Purchase an emf reader on Amazon For 20$. It might just save your health…
