Plantar Fasciitis Night Splint

My husband bought me this product about 3 weeks ago and I've been using every day since. About 1.5 years ago I started to experience a sharp shooting pain in the middle of my arch during running. It would occur at around mile 2 or 3. The pain in my arch never occurs during walking, but only running. I went to the podiatrist about a year ago and did not find that very helpful. He suggested I buy PowerStep inserts, which did help a little bit, as it decreased the amount of times it would happen. Some runs it would flare up and others not. But honestly it did not resolve the issues. I've been wearing these splints for 3 weeks now during the evening for about 3-5 hours before bed. I tried wearing to bed while sleeping but did not find that comfortable. In the 3 weeks I have been doing this I have not had a flare up AT ALL. So something is working with the stretching and healing that is happening with my arch. This product is definitely working and I'm excited to continue using and seeing positive results. Plus the price is amazingly cheap. Definitely worth a shot if you have tried other things.
