Best of Both Worlds – Gentle & Effective!
By Shailesh M. on Reviewed in the United States on June 27, 2025
The CeraVe Hydrating Cream to Foam Cleanser is a game-changer for dry or sensitive skin. It starts as a smooth cream, then magically turns into a light foam—no stripping, no tight feeling afterward. Just clean, soft, happy skin. It removes makeup (even stubborn mascara!) without needing a second cleanse, and the hyaluronic acid keeps your face feeling hydrated instead of desert-level dry. Plus, no fragrance and non-comedogenic, so no surprise breakouts. If your skin needs moisture but you still want that fresh, foamy clean, this one is a winner. The 19 oz size also lasts forever—CeraVe really said “value and vibes.”

Give it a try if you have normal skin
By Pixie Girl on Reviewed in the United States on February 2, 2025
So far, so good! I've used CeraVe products over the years and decided to try this based on the reviews from "Doctorly" on You Tube. I keep it in my shower. The product goes on like a cream and quickly turns to a foam so I found myself using more of the product. It took my makeup off completely. I don't have sensitive skin so I can't speak to that aspect of it as it's supposed to be great for those who do have sensitive skin. That said, I did notice that my skin felt dryer the next morning despite using really good skin care products that generally don't dry out my skin. The only thing I can put it down to is this product. But I will continue to use it because it has all the great things in it that make a difference over time. Time will tell if I decide to purchase again. The acid test will be to see how my makeup looks during the day - generally, it looks great but if I see a difference, then this product will be a no go for me. Edit: I've used this product for a few days with makeup on and I noticed only after a few hours, repeatedly, my makeup looked dry in areas that it never looked dry in before. (I haven't changed up my makeup routine or my other skincare products) If you have dry, mature skin - I'd pass this one up. If you have more normal skin - then I would probably work really well for you.
