If you're getting older (past 75) and you're having trouble getting to sleep, this product works. The add said that Magnesium Glycinate helps your body produce more Melatonin. Well, this Magnesium Glycinate, 400 MG, definitely helps you sleep. Whatever it produces, it helps you sleep. I used to have trouble going to sleep and staying asleep for more than an hour or two. Now, I actually get 4-5 hours straight sleep. I definitely would recommend this product. I've only been taking it for a few days, but I see a big improvement already.

Only 60mg of elemental magnesium

The label is deceptive. The "400mg" number is the total weight including the glycine. The actual amount of magnesium per capsule is 60mg, meaning you need to take several to meet daily requirements.
