Great pain management tool

This is an amazing massaging tool. I often suffer from muscle soreness and tightness and this was recommended to me by my Physical Therapist to help with that. It is lightweight and can easily be taken with you if you’re traveling or need it on the go. It has several varying degrees of pressure/intensity, so depending on how much pressure you prefer, there is a setting for it. I have found it to be very helpful as a pain management tool and am so happy with this recommendation.

Buy a cheaper brand Therabody breaks just as quickly at a higher price point, bad support!

I'm disappointed in the reliability and durability of this product. I am appauled at the customer service support I received and the complete disregard for sustainability when I shared this information with Therabody. I purchased this product twice - once in the spring of 2023 for my husband and I and once in the fall of 2023 as a gift for my father. Unfortunately, my father typically disregards "new technology" and only used the product 1-2 times since gifted. This past spring (2025) we took a family ski trip and I encouraged him to bring his Theragun for recovery and he excitedly did so - it was really it's first opportunity to be put to use! His Theragun could not hold a charge, and refused to turn on after charging for 24 hours straight. We were surprised because it had barely been removed from it's shipping box and contacted support assuming they would offer advice on resetting the battery and at worst offer to have us return the device for a new battery. We even agreed we would happily cover the cost of replacing the battery. Unfortunately, the service agent I communicated with indicated there was absolutely nothing to be done and to "throw out the device." What a waste! Especially as landfills pile up with electronics! Disgusted, I pushed back - "is there an option to have the device repaired? battery replaced?" Guillermo said "no." and offered no support further.....for such a high priced item (you can find cheaper versions of a massage gun on this site) I anticipated a more supportive and useful response, something that told me as a customer "we appreciate you purchasing our 'premium' product and will do our best to help resolve issues when they arise with our products." It's clear Therabody doesn't care about it's customers, the durability or longevity of it's products, or the environment. I really wouldn't waste your time overspending on a product that breaks just as quickly as a cheaper option and with horrible customer support.
