Excellent product but packaging was bad.

The product is excellent and worth its price but this shipment and handling was extremely bad. The dispensing spout was not locked down for shipping and for the price it is missing a lot of ounces. I ordered No 5 Conditioner in the same size of 1000mL and the bottle was full and the dispenser locked. But this shampoo was a partially filled bottle. I feel I got cheated because of the high cost and less product. Very very disappointed.
