Great product! I love the powder sticks because it lets you control how much you actually want to put in your water. The flavor is so good. I think depending on the flavor it can be a little sweet, but that's the beauty of it being a powder! You can put how little or how much you want in your water. The flavor is very refreshing and doesn't have a bad after taste or chalky texture/flavor. It gives a good boost of energy for me. I do dilute mine a bit by adding more than 16oz of water to it, but it still tastes great! This doesn't make me feel jittery or anything after drinking it despite the 200mg of caffeine. I love how it's convenient to carry around. I use it mainly for when I'm working late nights or need an afternoon "pick me up". Overall, I think it's great quality and at a pretty good price.
