Great Kosher Salt

Diamond Crystal is the Kosher salt that chefs use for cooking. It is not as salty as Morton Kosher salt making it easier to follow recipes and be using the right amount of salt. Since I started using Diamond Crystal I am more than satisfied with it.

Looks like inventory that's been sitting around for a while

Product arrived intact and usable, but the packaging is very beat up and looks like it had been dropped a few times. The corners look like they are about to come apart. I had to transfer the salt to another container.
