Highly Recommend!

I have used my sauna blanket 3 times now since getting it last week and oh my goodness! Felt like a million bucks afterwards (...or after the shower afterwards 😄) I have high hopes it'll help with healing areas in need and also speeding up metabolism. I do have to note that it gets really hot in the feet area due to the heat source coming in right there, I'd guess. So I just wear thicker socks and it does okay.

Not super convenient to use. Heavy, uncomfortable and I just don’t feel like it works well.
