Great buy.

THought I would have trouble from the reviews. Had 4 months and works like a dream. Only trouble i had was the week I had my nails done with thicker polish - that was a no-go and it kept saying I had no oxygen. Sorta funny but glad to know it does that. Consistently appropriate wave form. Doesn't just turn off. The alarm when it thought I was dying was irritating as heck. But if you are monitoring someone, it will get your attention.
