I ordered this because I get headaches largely caused by stress. At night I wear this before going to sleep. It has a heat setting. It has an option for strong or light pressure. It has a relax mode. It also plays relaxing music or you can turn the music off.

Love but it's creeky

I love this. I bought 3 of them BUT one of them are creaking and it's driving me nuts. I don't want a refund. I just want to exchange it but there is no option.
