Refurbished Ninja Flip

The refurbished description said it included the 3 racks. It did not. The seller said they could not send them, but offered a $20 refund. I was unable to find the racks here. I ordered them directly from Ninja for $75, for a total of $145. The oven itself is spotless. I saved $125. A little trouble for a great product. My Ninja food processor is 20 years old now and still works great.
