So far so good.

I just received mine today. I can feel the pool of it putting the bone back in place. There’s some discomfort but nothing I can’t handle. I use the silicone corrector they sent on my right foot because it’s worse than the left foot. I was able to put it on with the bunion corrector. I’ll find out in four weeks if it’s doing anything.

These have helped get me started with adjusting my feet back to health, but strengthening my toes have then helped to keep them from returning. The bunions have not gone away completely, but my feet look and feel much, much better. I would say my two feet were medium and medium-high in bunion level. I wore these day and night for a while. They do not fit in shoes, but I could fit them in my too-big-for-me slippers to run a quick errand, but they were uncomfortable when I did. I liked that you can adjust the level of pressure buy adjusting the velcro. I usually kept them a little bit more loose at night and more tight during the day. I kept them loose at night only because they bothered me, while during the day at home working, I was distracted and could wear them tighter. After I took them off, I would have a red area of skin on my bunion, where the metal was pushing it in, and my big toe seemed very weak when walking on it. I think both of these signs show a lot of progress. This is how I discovered that my feet will not heal until I strengthen my toes and walk barefoot more often. The velcro went on my first two pairs rather quickly. I bought two pairs to start so I could wash them daily. I bought two more after taking a break (still strengthening my toes and going barefoot) and didn't wear them as long this time as I wore the first pairs (because my feet were getting better). The velcro is starting to go on those ones too, but is still holding on a little bit. It has now been about a month that I haven't worn these at all, day or night. I am very careful not to wear too small of shoes. I go barefoot as much as possible and go up on my toes often to strengthen my big toes and spread out my toes. I make sure to have a wide toe box on all of my shoes and I'm looking into purchasing barefoot shoes. These have helped me tremendously to get started on adjusting my feet enough to heal them. There is no other product that I have found that has the metal bar to push the bone in while pulling the toe out. With my first two sets, it seemed to take a long time and I didn't know if all the effort was worth it, but looking back now, it was. Although I found these very helpful, these cannot be used alone. One need to do the work to adjusted and then keep the feet healthy.
