7/10/2025 update: the seller reached out to offer a refund for the damaged product. 5 stars for seller communication and resolution. I hope they work out the packaging issues because it is convenient to order direct. My husband loves the berry Yerba Mate and when I saw them offered on amazon I decided to order a case. 5 stars for the flavor. 1 star for the product as received. The case arrived today and the box was leaking - however the shipping box was structurally sound (no damage on the outer shipping box) - the leaking came from within the manufacturer's packaging with was full of condensation and the inner cardboard was soaked through. Upon closer inspection at least one of the cans exploded - there is a tiny pin prick hole. Most of the other cans arrived dented but appear to still be sealed. What a mess. I went to report the damage to amazon to find out this item is not eligible for a return nor a replacement. After reading the recent 1 star reviews I won't take the risk ordering these again. I'll stick with buying single cans from the grocery store.
