SHARK Freestyle Upright Vacuum

I purchased this vacume as refurbished. First and last time I will EVER do that. After maybe 10 uses vacume will no longer charge. When it worked I was happy with it. I contacted company. I was offered 20 dollars to have vacume repaired. What is 20 dollars going to do. Nothing. Zip, nannda! I requested my money back and would return vacume. Now of course I threw away original box. That was not very smart of me. I also would have to pack up vacume, take to shipper and pay for the shipping. I sent e mail to company saying that was not a solution as it's not my fault it doesn't work. There reply was OK then they were done and my claim is closed. So I have vacume that doesn't work plus they have my money. I contacted Amazon help desk and I do believe Amazon will be handling and the rep was very positive I would be satisfied with results. I will know in about week. So beware of this company. Woot won't be a company I ever do business with again.
