Wish I knew about this earlier

This pill splitter is a real time saver. I've been cutting pills in half for years as it saves money if you can get the higher dose pill for the same price with your insurance. You only need half as many. Over time, this can save hundreds of dollars and more. The splinter handles 6, 8 or 10 pills max, depending on the size of the pill. It takes a little time to line them up, but compared to the old "one at a time" method, this makes an onerous task so much easier. The wheel adjuster for size makes it a breeze to handle any size pill and the same mechanism grips the pills securely for the big push as you press the halves together. I'll be using this for the rest of my life!

Did not cut exactly in the middle of the tiny pill and the cut was not clean

I carefully selected this pill cutter because I needed it for very tiny pills. It did hold them and cut them but I was disappointed it was not a clean cut exactly in the middle of the pill. Being such a tiny pill, I feel the non-exact cut and the slight crumble that occurs at times with the cutting changes the dose just enough to make a difference. Sadly, I would not buy the same pill cutter again if I had a better option available.
