Great upgrade!

I've been using a laser hair removal device since many many years ago, so I got this one as an upgrade from my old one. I love that it has the cooling feature because you can feel the heat from the pulse when you use higher intensity levels. My old device did not have this so it would burn. I've only used it on my underarms and I'm now just doing maintenance, but since the pulses are faster on this one, especially with auto mode, I might try to use it for bigger areas like the legs. I'm very happy with this!

STOPPED WORKING AFTER ONE USE

I wanted to love this SO bad! It worked for my first use (mostly) it shut off after a while and I figured it needed to cool down. I’ve read all the instructions in all the pamphlets, I’ve tried letting it cool, sit for weeks untouched, restarted, ensured direct skin contact, EVERYTHING and it won’t emit flash anymore! It’ll turn on and the fan will blow but it won’t flash! Sad and disappointed
