It’s super customizable, which is great. The unit is rechargeable (thankfully, no messing with batteries), and it holds a charge for quite a while. I’ve used it several times on a single charge without needing to plug it in again. Also, it comes with 12 replacement electrode pads, which is more than I expected. They stick well and can be used on different parts of the body at the same time. I’ve tried it on my lower back, neck, and even calves after workouts, and it always helps. It’s really easy to use, too. I’m not very techy, but figuring out the settings and intensity levels was simple. If you’re dealing with pain, tight muscles, or just want a solid at-home massage tool, this is totally worth it. I wish I bought it sooner.
