This product is great when cleaning wax out of your ears. There is a camera that you can watch on your phone while cleaning and it helps you from injuring your ears. 10000% recommend

Poor service delivery; No operating manual
By These items were sent to me without an operating manual. I downloaded an app that could connect with it but it’s not working. How could you deliver a product without an operating instructions? This is a poor service! on Reviewed in the United States on April 25, 2024
I like the other products but this one, is of no use to me because I can’t operate it. It didn’t come with an operating manual. I downloaded an app called “Suear” to help operate my otoscope but it proved futile.
