Just got these yesterday! Filled to the brim and as advertised! Will continue to update, I’ve only tried a single pill and the vegetable capsule’s taste isn’t terrible and it was fairly easy to swallow. Update 2/23/25 These pills have been pretty good in aiding with my bowel movements not only is my toilet time smoother but I’ve also been having less stomach discomfort (something I struggled with daily). So far a solid product🙏

The only downside is it has a bad taste when you take it. Don't smell good either.
