SHARK Matrix Plus with Self-Empty HEPA Base

This was a refurbished product. I already have a Shark robot vac - a newer, expensive model ( which Shark sent to me as a replacement for my very first ( much less expensive) one which was defective.) I needed a second for a large bedroom. Since this came with a 30 day return policy I figured why not? I wasn’t disappointed. This little guy is a workhorse. Does a fantastic job. Great suction, and long battery life as well. Didn’t want to spend another $300 so I picked this refurbished one up for a little over $100. Could not even tell it had ever been used. It came spotless. It programmed and mapped easily. And it came in original packaging. Best part is it can use and dock at any base that looks like the one it comes with. My other Shark robot can as well. I have three bases now scattered around the main house and a studio building. I just carry one of the two robots I now have out to the studio occasionally to do its thing.. The dirt reservoir for this refurbished model is smaller (by half) than my original one’s base (Shark did not ask for the defective one’s return) so I switched that base for the one this robot came with. I have only ever purchased Shark products ( love their full size pet vacuum) because they are reliable vacuums. . Plus the Shark company does work with you to fix problems with these robots or they will replace it with no arguments. A tip. Always buy the two year warranty. And extra 16 or so dollars is well worth it.
