The Supplement Co Happy Strips Organic Ashwagandha

These have an odd taste that's hard to pinpoint, but it's not exactly unpleasant. Just...odd. I took one of these per day for about two weeks before getting distracted and misplacing them, and while I can't say for certain that they do what they're supposed to, I do feel like I felt calmer and more relaxed in the days that I was taking these. Purely anecdotal, of course, but I do think that they helped improve my overall disposition. I've just started taking them again, and I may put them on my list of things to order again if they seem to bring about the chilled and relaxed feeling from before. And hey, the tin they come in is awesome for little trinkets, so that's always a plus :)
