Wont charge or power on after 2 uses.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Bought this as a replacement for a more expensive one that stopped working, the on/off button fell out on that one. So I tried this one that was decent price... It stopped charging after just 2 uses, it lights up like its being charged if I plug power directly into bottem of the drilll and the charging base - but it doesn't charge and wont turn on. I'm hoping the seller will replace it or help me out since the return window closed.
