Very good product

I'm giving it five stars. Even tho they don't block 100% the noise (I have read that is not possible) they work great. I really like it and it has really help me and my wife sleep better. They stay in place and you have a variety of size to fit your ear.

Directions on packaging are minimal and not helpful. Used qr code on box to get additional info. It does have a video but unfortunately you cannot see how the user is putting in ear because from the angle the camera person is at the user's hand obstructs the plug and how he is putting. Also referenced Amazon directions. Some contradict what came with product. I give up!! I don't feel they go in correct as I still hear everything and at the same level. I tried all sizes of the tips. These will have to be returned. I'm very disappointed.
