Product looked and worked as described. My blood pressure was elevated after years of being controlled with medication. Physician added another medication and I was to monitor and return to my Physician in 6 weeks to see if my blood pressure improved. Upon return to my Physician we discovered the systolic readings were about 30 points higher than actual. My readings that I had taken were all over the place and as it turns out weren't accurate. Very disappointed with this machine and it was a waste of $$$
