Mine didn’t work

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I purchased this to take with me just in case I would need it after my methacholine challenge. I charged it as directed, but was very disappointed to find that when I tested it, nothing happened…it didn’t turn on. For those who purchased it and it worked, I’m happy for you. I got a dud and had to return mine. Because a rating was required in order to write a review, I gave it one star.
