So the design shows it holding your toe up and It doesn't really do that well. Foot consistent slides down and out of place. The 2 times I really cranked the wire down hard as I could it would hold but felt like it was going to break and it was so uncomfortable I ended up taking it off I couldn't wear it. Go with the boot instead
