(90 Ct) Magnesium Glycinate Gummies 400mg

I decided to get these ones because they were not colored with a dye. Which can be hard to find and affordable supplements that are kid friendly. I love that there is more than just magnesium glycinate in it and it’s important to me to choose the form of magnesium to be glycinate so that it doesn’t cause as much toilet issues. I do hope to mostly take these myself, then see if they help with the stress. Combination of the B complex blend and Ashwagandha, given its studies and background showing how it assists in dealing with stress. I do hope to occasionally give one of my older children this gummy as well and see if there are any reported effects to help excessive hyperactivity in (not diagnosed). I have overlooked the other form of magnesium for a long time given that my main issue in terms of what I thought, with magnesium, had to do with my sleep. Upon research, I discovered the ability of this form of magnesium to help with focus and attention, as well as mood and relaxation. I was also surprised to find out that this form does contribute to sleep as well. The texture is a little bit more chewy and has a less melt in your mouth to it than a regiular gummy but nothing out of the ordinary or off putting by any means. The taste is absolutely yummy very on par with strawberry. Granted the combination I do have high hopes for this gummy blend. After taking it with an hour or so I did feel a bit more relaxed and over a few days of taking it I have slept and fell back asleep (when a baby or younger kid wakes up ) MUCH easier. Only thing I changed was this so… The child taking it does seem to have better rest and less waking up as well.
