This is the first and only shilajit I’ve tried but so far I am happy with it. I’ve read that shilajit has a very strong taste to it although this is pretty mild. Maybe because of the addition of some other beneficial ingredients to it. Although I have also started microdosing mshrms around the same time I started this so it’s hard to attribute the full benefits to one. I have felt better energy. Since my new supplements.

This is very messy, hard to take cap on and off. Unsure of dosage due to using tiny popsicle stick it comes with. Flavor is good. Just to hard to work with. Functionality isn't there. Value for money is great but to messy for me. Leaks
