This splint brings relief!

After weeks of nightly use, I can finally get up in the morning without the horrible stabbing pain in my heel. This splint is so much easier to use than a more expensive one with lots of velcro. This one is simple enough that I can use it myself. I found that I can leave the bottom by the toes attached and just strap on the upper two straps. Works great.

Terrible design, terrible instructions.

This sort of works. Terrible instructions and photos. Takes a while to set it up. Straps are poorly positioned and the middle one is too short for an average size calf, and should be going in the opposite direction. I routinely kicked it off during the night. I finally sewed a longer piece of velcro to the middle strap to keep it from disconnecting. It got me thru the worst part of plantar fascitis, but the poor design didn't give me full benefit of ankle dorsiflexion at night.
