Wow!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to for this product because it honestly exceeded my expectations. It deep-cleaned my brushes—some of which hadn’t been washed in weeks (okay, months!). It removed dried liquid foundation and powder buildup with no problem. I was seriously impressed by how fresh and soft they felt afterward. The device charges easily with no issues. There’s a red light while it’s charging and a green light when it’s fully charged, which is a nice touch. Here’s what worked best for me: Cleaning: I used a mix of diluted face wash and micellar water (you can also use your favorite brush cleaner, just dilute it with water). I ran each brush through three cycles and watched years of gunk come out. When the water finally ran clear, I knew they were truly clean. Rinsing: I did a fourth cycle with just plain water to rinse out any leftover soap or product. Drying: After cleaning, I flipped the device upside down on a towel to dry, and used a hanging brush holder (included a photo!) to let my brushes fully air dry. Make sure to do this step of leaving the. device upside down on a towel before you charge again to avoid any issues with wetness. It’s easy to use, super effective, and kind of satisfying to watch. If you’re on the fence—don’t be. This little tool seriously saves time and brings your brushes back to life. Feel free to check out my photos and videos for reference! **UPDATE - 3 stars - due to the plastic rotator lazy susan (the spinny thing) - keeps cracking. I returned, explained why and got a replacement but after 2 proper uses of the cleaner, the plastic thing cracked at the bottom. The thing that detaches in the machine, not the outer layer.

Doesn’t last long

Piece that spins the water and solution broke in less than two months. Used it 3 times.
