Excellent cool head IPL hair remover

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I purchased this after using another IPL hair remover that burnt my skin. This one has a cooling head that reduced the irritation on my skin during my first use. I will post an update on its effectiveness in few weeks.

DOES NOT WORK

I have used this for 10 weeks. I have tried in 3 different areas. Shaved first, then used the product. Red light flashes and sometimes it is warm/hot. I had used multiple times per week. NOTHING. I see ZERO results. My skin is light and the hair I want to remove is dark. This product simply flashes light. DOES NOT WORK. Return window is long gone. Take my word. You won't know it doesn't work until the return window is closed.
