SHARK Cordless Stick Vacuum + Auto-Empty

I was really excited to receive this vacuum—especially knowing it was refurbished, I was expecting some minor scuffs or signs of wear. To my surprise, it actually looked to be in great condition with no noticeable damage. Unfortunately, the excitement quickly faded when I turned it on and was hit with a strong wet dog smell. It’s really unpleasant and hard to ignore. I’ve already ordered new filters in hopes that it helps, but honestly, I’m pretty disappointed. I reached out to Woot, and they told me I’d have to request a replacement only if one is available. Not exactly the experience I was hoping for. If filters don’t work with getting rid of the awful smell I will just return it for a refund. I would assume the reason for the smell is that little triangle that does not get sucked up and there’s no way of getting rid of that.
