It Works for Me

Two of the three ingredients in this are highly recommended for sleep by neuroscientists for sleep and the third is great for the brain. This is worth trying. For me, it doesn’t seem to work every night but most nights it has increased my deep sleep from approximately 2 hours per night to over three hours per night. It might not work for everyone, but I will purchase this again.

Cheap magnesium l-threonate, but is it really labeled accurately?

I got yhis bc it is cheap and I was in a rush. It isn't Magtein (a patented standardized form of magnesium l-threonate that ensures accurate dosing and quality), and it also is only 3 caps for 150mg elemental magnesium, slightly higher than the 4 caps of Magtein 2000mg for 144mg elemental magnesium, so something isnt right here. It seems off, like it should be 4 caps like all the other standardized formulas of Magtein, but somehow this is less eith a higher amount of elemental magnesium? I would need to see labs and COAs to ensure this actually is quality controlled. Sure, it is cheap, but it doesn't seem as effective as other magneisum l-threonate brands I have gotten that have actually used the Magtein formulation.
