Artistic Vision
The D-Link 2-Bay Network Storage Enclosure has not just given us the ability to add hard disk space to our network; with its built-in USB print server port, it’s allowed us to print without a dedicated computer. But the rule still stands: all print jobs must be work-related. And Photoshopped pictures of me so it looks like I have a tail doesn’t count as work-related material.
I mean, c’mon guys! I got us this D-Link first and foremost to allow for easier access to files remotely, while simultaneously keeping company data safe, and, second, to make printing easier. At no point did I think: man, I really hope this D-Link will, in some way, help me realize how I would look if I had a lion tail protruding from my lower back. Or a rattlesnake rattle. Or a fire poker.
Yes, I put together a “modeling portfolio” because I was considering a career change. Yes, I stored it on the shared drive when I ran out of space on my personal computer. But just because you have access to those photos doesn’t mean you should feel free to go in and alter them. In any way. That means no tails. No cat ears or devil horns either. Also, don’t make it look like I’m crying tears of blood.
Got that everyone, but especially Kyle? Good.
