A toaster. A slicer. Two appliances from different worlds, stranded together on a distant asteroid, the only survivors of a massive spaceship crash. At first, they eyed each other warily, in shock from the accident, threatened by the other's strangeness - but slowly, they adjusted. They survived. They built some kind of life for themselves on that forlorn rock hurtling through space. They fell in love.

And the Westinghouse SlicerToaster was born.

Now this intergalactic love child has come to Earth to use its powers for good. Just place a bagel in the hatch, let the SlicerToaster work its space mojo, and whaddya know: approximately two more-or-less equal bagel segments. That's livin', brother! Then this thing will turn around and toast the very same bagel it sliced, from barely brown to burnt black as you please. Truly, the Westinghouse SlicerToaster must hail from a different world - dare we say, a world far better than ours.
